We are pleased to announce that Becky Jones has joined our Team to officiate weddings in Stratford and the surrounding areas. The cities and towns include Kitchener/Waterloo, Cambridge, London, St. Mary’s, New Hamburg, Guelph, Woodstock and Brantford. Becky comes with a wealth of chaplain and pastoral experience.
More About Becky
Becky is creative at heart. She has spent years connecting with people of all ages through her love of art and creativity. She has led many art groups over the years, worked for art galleries in various capacities and has her own art business. In addition, Becky works for a local hospice, visiting palliative clients within the community. For Becky, making connections, bringing people together, and sharing in people’s lives in many capacities is very important to her.
Becky is excited to share in couples’ lives by creating unique wedding ceremonies that fully represent both people. She is excited to learn more about the Bride and Groom and provide a ceremony that is a beautiful representation of the couple.
Family
Becky lives in Stratford with her husband, Jamie. They have been married for two years and have blended their two families. Jamie has two boys, and Becky has two girls. They also have a dog, Bailey, who is beloved by all of them!
Education
Becky has a degree in design from Toronto Metropolitan University, a diploma from the Toronto Art Therapy Institute in Toronto and a Master of Arts in Theology, Psychotherapy and Spiritual Care through Wilfrid Laurier University. Becky is currently pursuing her certification in spiritual care through the Canadian Association of Spiritual Care and is also a Pastor for the Be In Christ Church of Canada.
